Plain yogurt, fat free

Raspberries

Almonds, raw
(crushed)
Instructions
Dish plain Plain yogurt into a bowl or glass container.Add the fresh raspberries.Put the almonds into a Ziploc bag and gently roll over with a rolling pin to give them a gentle crush.Add walnuts to the yogurt and berries.

For additional nutrients and fiber, add 1/4 cup of granola.
No raspberries? Add blueberries, strawberries, or chopped red apples, pears, or peaches.
Nut allergy? Use chia seeds or hemp seeds to replace the nuts.
