3 green onion (stem)

Instructions
- Combine red and green cabbage, apples, carrots, and green onions together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing into slaw mixture and combine. Let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more, then serve.
Notes:

- You can add walnuts, pecans, hemp hearts, or sunflower seeds for a healthy fat boost.
Storage
- This salad tastes great after it's had some time to absorb the dressing. You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
