Seasoned and crispy, just the way green bean fries should be.
Ingredients
1 bag
Green/yellow string beans, raw
1 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
(or coconut oil)
1/2 tsp
Sea Salt
1 dash
Paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Wash the beans in a colander under cool water, and pat dry using a tea towel or paper towel. Place beans in a large mixing bowl.
Add olive oil, sea salt, and paprika to the bowl and toss to coat the beans.
Place the beans on a baking sheet and shake out the sheet so that the beans aren't overcrowded.
Place the beans in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Check frequently to ensure they do not burn. Cook them longer if you prefer them to be more crisp. Serve immediately.
