Seasoned and crispy, just the way green bean fries should be.
Ingredients
454 gm
Green/yellow string beans, raw
1 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
(or coconut oil)
1/2 tsp
Sea Salt
1 dash
Paprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425° F (218° C) and prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Wash the beans in a colander under cool water, and pat dry using a tea towel or paper towels. Place beans in a large mixing bowl.
Add olive oil, sea salt, and paprika to the bowl and toss to coat the beans evenly in the oil-seasoning mixture.
Place the beans on the baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them in case they are done sooner or if you want to cook them longer to be more crispy. Serve immediately.

Bake at what temp?
Hi Kimberly, I wasn't able to find the original recipe, but I would recommend 450°F for 15 minutes (flipping halfway through).
Also, I would make sure to dry the beans well after washing them, before tossing them with oil and seasoning. That'll help ensure they are crispy!
