Ingredients
1/2 cucumber(s)
Cucumber
(seeds and all (remove skin if not organic))
1 cup
Parsley, fresh
(chopped & packed)
1/2 whole lime(s)
Lime juice (fresh)
(or use the entire lime)
1 cup
Water
1/4 tsp minced
Ginger root
(or use less as this is powerful (optional)
1 tbsp
Coconut oil
(optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. The ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory in this smoothie, and the healthy fats in the coconut help your body assimilate all of the powerful antioxidants.
