Green Cucumber Spinach Pinapple Smoothie

Ingredients


2 cup Cucumber (use small persian or english variety of cucumbers)
4 cup Baby spinach (mix in 2 cups of kale)
1/2 cup diced Pineapple (frozen)
1 slice Ginger root (optional)
1 cup Flaxseeds
1 dash Black pepper (optional)
1 pinch Sea Salt (optional)

Instructions


  1. Combine and blend all the ingredients using water. Drink with black pepper and sea salt sprinkled on top.
  2. You can remove cucumber and add a frozen banana and more kale to make it more nutritious 


Notes:

Cucumber and its seeds and skins have lot of fiber and vit A!

Pineapple and ginger aids digestion

Spinach contains iron, Folate, Vit A and antioxidants

Flax seeds has lignana that helps remove excess toxins and hormones
