(use small persian or english variety of cucumbers)

(mix in 2 cups of kale)

Instructions
- Combine and blend all the ingredients using water. Drink with black pepper and sea salt sprinkled on top.
- You can remove cucumber and add a frozen banana and more kale to make it more nutritious
