1/2 cup | Baby spinach |
1 medium | Banana (s) |
1 tbsp | Coconut oil |
1/2 cup | Mango (peeled, diced) |
1/2 cup diced | Pineapple |
1 1/2 cup | Water (or milk, or coconut milk for a dairy-free alternative) |
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
2. If you have a small blender combine spinach and liquid first, then add the other goods.
3. Optional to add in a few ice cubes. Hide the greens by adding in blueberries.
