1/4 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (or colour of choice)
1 medium ear Boiled corn (cut intp 3-4)
1 small potato(s) Red potato (cut into cubes)
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 dash Salt
1 dash Black pepper

Instructions


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl combine the bell pepper, corn, and baby potatoes. Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
  2. Tear off four sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil  Divide the vegetables into each sheet of foil and fold up on the sides until it is sealed and forms a packet.
  3. Add to the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
