Instructions
- Mix the salt, cumin, paprika, and black pepper together making a rub.
- Cover the salmon fillets with olive oil and rub, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine the sliced avocado, chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl and mix well, chill until ready to use.
- Preheat frying pan on med-high heat. Place salmon in pan and cook to desired doneness (about 2.5 to 3 minutes per side).
- Remove from the heat top with avocado salsa and enjoy!
