1 tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 tbsp | Pine nuts, dried |
1 tsp | Dill, dried |
3/4 cup | Broccoli florets |
Preheat broiler or grill.
Squeeze lemon juice over salmon and season to taste.
Broil on high heat until cooked through.
To make the sauce, mix mustard, oil, lemon and pine nuts in a bowl and pour over cooked fish.
Serve with steamed broccoli.
