4 fillet (100g) | Atlantic salmon, wild |
2 tbsp | Sesame oil (divided into 4) |
4 tbsp | Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (divided into 4) |

Cover 4 big pieces of foil with sesame oil in equal portions. Put salmon fillet into the centre of each foil piece and pour over each 1 tbsp coconut aminos.
Put spinach, ginger and onion on each piece of salmon equally. Loosely, wrap salmon steaks in foil, but so that you could turn them over while cooking.
Heat grill to 160 C and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
