227 gm Beef, top sirloin
1/2 cup Parsley, fresh
1/2 cup Cilantro (coriander)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado
2 tbsp Green onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 fruit Lime (juiced)

Instructions


  1. Allow steaks to come to room temperature, then season with a sprinkle of smoked salt and garlic powder.
  2. Grill steaks at medium/high heat for about 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  3. In a blender or food processor, combine sauce ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve steak with Creamy Chimichurri Sauce.
