Instructions
1. Heat grill to high heat. 2. Season steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides. 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, and lime juice to make the chimichurri sauce. Set aside. 4. Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness. 5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to distribute. 6. Drizzle chimichurri sauce over the steak, and serve any extra sauce on the side. 7. Enjoy your delicious and healthy grilled steak with chimichurri sauce!
