1 medium | Banana (s) (cut in chunks) |
1 cup | Red grape |
1/2 medium | Apple (cored and chopped) |
3/4 cup | Vanilla yogurt, 2-4% M.F. (see notes for vegan) |
1 1/2 cup | Spinach |
1. Place the banana, grapes, apple, yogurt and spinach in a high-speed blender. Cover, and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides.
2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Substitutions:
Vegan
Use coconut or cashew based yogurt such as Yoso, So Delicious, Silk or Daiya found in most grocery stores.
