Ingredients


1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (peeled)
1 cup Water, filtered (hot)

Instructions


1. Place the lemon juice and ginger in a mug.  
2. Pour hot water over lemon and ginger and let steep for a few minutes.
3. Remove ginger and let the tea cool a bit before drinking.

  • Steep your favorite tea into the mix, or add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar for a digestive aid.
