A nutritious breakfast smoothie with digestive and antioxidant benefits!

Ingredients


1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 medium Frozen banana
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tsp greens+ ORIGINAL (unflavoured), Genuine Health
2 tbsp Whey protein powder, unflavoured (protein powder of choice)
3 leaves Kale (de-stemmed)
2 tsp Molasses

Instructions


1. Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and mix well. Add more water if necessary.

Notes:

Blueberries

are high in antioxidants which are important to combat free radical damage in our cells

Bananas

are very high in potassium

Kale

is very high in fiber and an excellent source of carotenes, vitamin C, B6, manganese
