Instructions
1. Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil over high heat.
2. Once boiling, turn off heat but keep saucepan on burner. Cover and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
3. Strain the water and fill saucepan with cold water. Let eggs sit until cool enough to handle.
