Ingredients


908 gm Tomatoes (large yellow heirloom; roughly chopped)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (deseeded)
1 cucumber(s) Cucumber (peeled and chopped)
1 bulb(s) Fennel (rim off stocks and roughly chop bulb)
3 green onion (stem) Green onion (chopped)
2 cup Spinach
2 clove(s) Garlic
1 cup Basil, fresh
1 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped)
2 fruit Lime (juiced)
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
2 cup Water
1/4 cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions


  1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender - add tomato and cucumber first. Depending on the size of your blender you may need to work in batches. 
  2. Blend until smooth. Serve chilled and garnish with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil if desired.
