1/3 cup | Bread crumbs, seasoned |
2 breast | Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (sub. chicken tenders) |
1 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Divide each breast into 3 portions using knife and scissors (or sub chicken tenders).
4. Add chicken to the bowl and coat with olive oil and add breadcrumbs, mixing evenly.
5. Place chicken on cookie sheet and bake for 12-13 minutes.
6. Serve with your favourite side of veggies.
