Instructions
For the dressing, in a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and caraway seeds; cook and stir for 1 minute. Whisk in vinegar and honey; bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrots, apples, cranberries, and pecans.
