Ingredients


2 cup Oats, large flakes, dry
486 gm Soy milk, unsweetened, plain (or milk of choice)
2 cup Frozen berries
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (Optional)
4 tbsp Sliced almonds (or whole almonds, or nuts/seeds of choice, optional)

Instructions


  1. Heat soy milk over medium heat
  2. Add oats, stir, and reduce heat.
  3. Stir in berries and add a little water if needed. 
  4. Add cinnamon and maple syrup. 
  5. Add a splash of milk, if needed for desired consistency. 
  6. Sprinkle slivered almonds on overtop.
