Ingredients


2 cup Oats, large flakes, dry
2 cup Water, filtered
1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1/2 small Banana (s)

Instructions


1. Heat water, add oats, stir and reduce heat.

2. Stir and add a little water if needed. 

3. Add cinnamon and maple syrup. 

4. Pour almond milk on top until desired consistency. Add sliced banana, blueberries and cacao on top.

contain soluble fiber which helps to slow down the absorption of glucose in the bloodstream, helping to decrease sugar spikes
