1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Almonds, raw
1 tbsp Walnuts
1 tbsp Hazelnuts
1 tbsp Raisins, seedless (sultana)
10 gm Cranberries
10 gm Dates (chopped)
10 gm Figs, dried (chopped)
10 gm Apricot, dried (chopped)
1 tbsp Coconut flakes

Instructions


1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Put into a mason jar for storage.

3. Pack to go!
