Ingredients
1 dough ball (1lb)
Pizza dough, commercial
(whole wheat)
1/2 cup
Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.
1/3 cup
Honey, raw
2 tbsp
Lemon juice
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 cup slices
Strawberries
1/2 cup
Blueberries
1/2 cup
Raspberries
1/2 cup
Blackberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Carefully spread the yogurt mixture over the pizza crust, making sure to leave a 1/2-inch border.
Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries in a heart shape on top of the yogurt mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust, is golden brown and the fruit is lightly cooked.
