1. Brown the meat and onions in a 12-inch skillet and drain before adding all other ingredients.
2. Simmer for 1-2 hours. (you can also add all of the ingredients to a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours).
3. Serve with a baked potato or with a whole grain gluten free bun for a complete meal!
