1/2 medium Banana (s) (or 1 small banana; broken into chunks; fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup slices Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Baby spinach
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp Rolled oats, dry
1 tbsp Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (or nut butter of choice)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or dairy-free yogurt of choice)

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, secure the lid, and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add water and stir throughout, as needed, to reach the desired consistency. 
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass or travel mug and enjoy it immediately, on the go, or take it to work!
