454 gm Pacific salmon, fillets, raw (1-2 lb)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Basil, fresh (minced)
1/4 tsp Oregano, fresh (minced)
1/4 tsp Thyme, fresh (minced)
1/4 tsp Marjoram (minced)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, garlic-infused

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mince herbs and put in a small bowl with salt, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic-infused olive oil. Stir together to form a paste.
  3. Put salmon on a piece of tin foil and curl up the sides. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Slather the salmon with sauce and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
