1/4 cup | Mint, fresh |
1/4 cup | Parsley, fresh |
1/4 cup | Cilantro (coriander) |
1/4 cup | Dill, fresh |
1/2 medium head | Cauliflower (processed to it looks like rice) |
2 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 small | White onion |
2 green onion (stem) | Green onion |
1/3 cup | Pistachio nuts |
1 tbsp | Dulse (laver, nori), dried (or kelp flakes) |
1. Process herbs in a food processor to make a paste. Remove from the food processor and put aside.
2. Process onion, remove from food processor and set aside.
3. Process cauliflower to a rice-like texture. Remove from processor, mix with onions and remaining ingredients.
4. Stir in the herb mixture, add topping and serve.
