3. Blend with a stick blender or regular blender. Even a handheld milk frother will work. You just need to mix the oil/butter so that it's not sitting on top of your coffee/tea.
This could be enjoyed as your main breakfast item or along with one of the other recipes. Many people feel satisfied with this coffee alone due to the fat content.
When you blend it, the coffee develops a lovely foam on top similar to a cappuccino. If you don't have a blender, just stir well!
MCT oil is a liquid usually made from a combination of coconut and palm oils. It helps with energy and brain function. You can buy this at health food stores.
