Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Core the apple and cut it into thin slices. You will want the slices really thin, so cut carefully with a paring knife.
Place the apple slices onto the lined baking sheet in a single layer and season with pinches of cinnamon – it’s up to you how much cinnamon to add.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the apple slices for 45 minutes, flip them, then bake them for another 45 minutes.
