Cozy up to the fireplace with this easy hot chocolate mix recipe made with dairy-free Holiday Nog.
Ingredients
1 cup

Coconut sugar
(or monk fruit)
|
1/2 cup
|
Dairy-free mini chocolate chips
|
1 pod
|
Vanilla bean
|
3/4 cup
|
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
(unsweetened)
|
1/4 tsp
|
Salt
|
4 cup
|
Holiday Nog, Coconut
(or regular coconut milk)
|
10 regular

Marshmallow
(garnish. More if desired)

Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the coconut sugar until fine.
- Add the chocolate chips and blend again until fine.
- Cut open the vanilla bean and scrape before adding to the mix, along with the cocoa powder and salt.
- Blend until all ingredients are a fine powder.
- Heat the holiday nog to the desired temperature. Approx 2-3 minutes in the microwave.
- Add 3 tbsp. of dry mix to your favorite mug and use a whisk to blend.
- Top with your favorite vegan marshmallows and enjoy!
