An easy and delicious from-scratch sloppy Joe recipe
Ingredients

Beef, ground, extra lean
2 tbsp
Red onion
(finely chopped)
2 tbsp
Celery
(finely chopped)
1/4 clove(s)
Garlic
(tbsp minced)
1/4 can(s) (15oz)
Tomato sauce, canned
0.12 small can
Tomato paste, canned
(6oz can)
1/2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
(tbsp)
1/2 tsp
Coconut sugar
(tbsp; (or brown; ))
1/2 tsp
Yellow mustard
1 dash
Black pepper
(ground)
1 dash
Salt
(tsp sea)
1 bun
Hamburger bun, multigrain
2 cup
Mixed vegetable salad
(with Italian dressing)
Instructions
In a large skillet, combine ground beef, onion, celery and garlic.
Cook over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly.
Drain beef and return to the skillet.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, coconut sugar, mustard, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
