Honey Mustard Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients


2 slice Whole wheat bread (or bread of choice)
114 gm Turkey breast, nitrate free, oven roasted (about 4-5 slices)
1/2 cup Spinach
1/4 cup grated Carrots (pre-shredded)
4 slice Cucumber
1 tbsp Honey mustard

Instructions


  1. Layer all ingredients (except the honey mustard), in the order listed, on top of one slice of bread.
  2. Drizzle low-fat honey mustard dressing on top.
  3. Place the other slice of bread on top. Enjoy!

For fewer grains: this sandwich can be served open-faced or in an iceberg lettuce wrap.
