Ingredients


4 fillet (4oz) Atlantic Cod (any type of cod will do)
1 clove(s) Garlic (H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves)
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar (Roland Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar)
1/4 tsp Black pepper (Adams Reserve Table Grind Black Pepper)
1 tsp Sesame seeds, black (Adams Reserve Black Sesame Seed)
2 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium (Kikkomon All-Purpose Less Sodium Soy Sauce)
1 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place cod on a foil sheet pan and season with pepper.
  3. Pour remaining ingredients into a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Allow sauce to simmer for 2 minutes then remove from heat.
  4. Place cod in oven and bake for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with glaze.
  5. Return fish to the oven for an additional 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Remove fish from oven, top with more glaze and serve.
