114 gm | Cheddar cheese (grated) |
1 tsp | Salt and pepper (season to taste) |
Melt 1 tbsp of ghee in a large pan and sauté the cabbage over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, soften but make sure you don't turn it brown. Set to one side
Melt the rest of the ghee with the onion, garlic, chilli, red pepper and sauté for 4-5 minutes
Stir in the ground beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink
Add chilli, paprika and basil to the pan with the salt and black pepper
Add the cabbage and sauté together with the beef for a few minutes
Stir in half of the cheese then place in a baking dish
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top and bake for 15 minutes
