1 cup Hummus
1 avocado(s) Avocado (sliced or mashed)
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds

Instructions


  1. Spread hummus over toast.
  2. Top with avocado slices, sunflower seeds, salt and pepper.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes:

Swap bread out for gluten free, or other of your preference.  Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning onto the top along with the salt and pepper to get the same New York Deli style flavoring that the rye bread provides.
