Dill and fish is a match made in heaven. If you don't have dill, use fresh parsley for a different twist. A great high protein dinner idea! High in Omega 3's!
Ingredients
2 fillet
Whitefish
(hake or cod)
1 pinch
Sea Salt
1 dash
Black pepper
1/4 cup
Dill, fresh
(finely chopped)
1 tbsp
Lemon juice
Instructions
Rinse fish and season with salt and pepper.
Finely chop dill.
Fill a pan with about 1 cm of water, add lemon juice, and heat till steaming.
Drop-in fish, cover the pan, and cook until fish is cooked. About 5 to 7 minutes.
Add dill.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
