Ingredients


1/2 cup Oats, large flakes, dry
1/4 cup Red lentils, split
1/4 cup Organic Quinoa
1/4 cup Barley, dry (Use Pot Barley)
1/4 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/4 cup Oat bran, dry
2 cup Water
pinch Salt
Cranberries, dried (optional)
Raisins, seedless (sultana) (optional)

Instructions


Add all ingredients to your instant pot, add water and cover. 

Use either the multigrain or porridge buttons, depending on your machine. 

Serve with dried fruits if desired.
