2 beet(s) Beets, raw
2 medium Carrots
1 medium Apple (green)
1/4 small head Green cabbage
1/4 small head Red cabbage
3 leaves Kale
1 tbsp Golden raisin, seedless (or dried cranberries)

Instructions


Peel the beets, cut the tops off the carrots and core the apples.


Shred the beetroot, carrots, apple and cabbage in a food processor.


Cut the kale in to thin ribbons.


Serve with approved dressing and raisins or dried cranberries.
