Classic Chicken Wrap

Ingredients


57 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled (pre-cooked/leftovers, thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low fat
1 cup chopped Lettuce, butterhead (Boston) (remove from stem)
1 slice Tomato (halved)
1 large tortilla(s) Wheat flour tortilla (white)

Instructions


  1. Lay the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the mayonnaise over the surface. 
  2. Add the chicken, lettuce, and tomato to the down the center of the wrap.
  3. Fold in the top and bottom of the wrap, and roll it up. 
  4. Wrap the wrap in tin foil and slice it in half. Alternatively, the wrap can be cut in half and placed in the storage container.
