Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

Ingredients


1/2 chicken breast (196 g) Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled (thinly sliced)
1 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 cup Lettuce, romaine (shredded)
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
2 tbsp Caesar salad dressing, low calorie
1 large tortilla(s) Whole wheat tortilla

Instructions


  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips..
  2. Sauté the chicken strips on a hot skillet with olive oil and turn after about 2-3 minutes. Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and caesar salad dressing.
  4. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat.
  5. Spread out the tortilla(s) and evenly distribute the salad down the center. 
  6. Roll up the wraps, slice in half, and serve immediately.
