5 leaf Basil, fresh (chopped for garnish)
1 cup Cauliflower (diced)
1/3 cup Green onion
4 cup Kale
1 large fruit (6.4cm dia) Tangerine (mandarin), raw (peeled & sectioned)
1 large Tomato (sliced)

Instructions


For the salad, combine the kale, arugula, tangerine, tomato, cauliflower, scallions in a large bowl.

Toss the salad with approved dressing, and garnish with rosemary or basil.
