Grind the flaxseed and the sesame. Make sure you only grind the sesame seeds for a very short time (just enough to crack the seeds), or it will quickly turn into a paste.
Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake it well. The resulting jar should contain 23 heaped tablespoons of the mix (1 tbsp = 1 serving).
Tips:
Keep refrigerated, as the hemp and sesame seeds have a high fat content.
Serve softened with black coffee or even with still water, and add coconut oil if you want to increase the fats intake. It also blends well with cream or with mascarpone cheese.
