Ingredients


114 gm Ham, sliced (diced)
4 large Egg
1/4 cup Heavy cream, 38% M.F.
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Onion powder

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place diced ham in the bottom of a 6 x 9  baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over ham.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly firm.
  5. Drizzle hollandaise over the portioned casserole.
