5 peperoncino Peperoncini

1/2 cup Artichoke hearts, canned (pickled)
20 small spear(s) Asparagus (pickled)
1/4 cup Sauerkraut
1/4 cup Grainy mustard (stone ground)
1/2 cup Red onion (pickled)
171 gm Italian salami, pork (genoa)
171 gm Salmon, smoked
114 gm Goat cheese, herb, soft
142 gm Cheddar cheese (white, peppercorn, sliced)
1/2 cup Nuts, mixed nuts, dry roasted with peanuts, salted
1/2 cup Blackberries (fresh)
10 medium Strawberries (hulled and halved)
1/4 large pepper(s) Red bell pepper (roasted)

Instructions


  1. Place the wet and pickled ingredients in small serving bowls and space them out on a large serving board or platter.
