Collagen peptides

Stevia sweetener, powder
(to taste; or xylitol)

Instructions
Add avocado, cucumber, lemon juice, spinach, coconut cream, MCT oil, collagen, whey protein, stevia, and ice to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the flavors if needed. Thin out with extra water if desired. Pour into glasses and top with your chosen toppings (see notes).
