Ketogenic Salmon Patties ( Copy )

Simple and easy low carb, paleo, gluten free, dairy free and ketogenic salmon patties.

Ingredients


454 gm Salmon, sockeye (red), canned, drained ((flaked or canned))
1 large Egg
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp Turmeric, powder
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Lemon peel (zest)
1 dash Black pepper
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh ((chopped))
2 tbsp Coconut oil (or avocado oil)

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Form mixture into small patties by hand. ( 8 small patties)
  3. Saute in a skillet with coconut or avocado oil, over medium high heat until browned and crisp
  4. Each serving is two patties
