Simple and easy low carb, paleo, gluten free, dairy free and ketogenic salmon patties.
Ingredients

Salmon, sockeye (red), canned, drained
((flaked or canned))
|
1 large
|
Egg
|
4 tbsp
|
Mayonnaise
|
1/4 tsp
|
Himalayan sea salt
|
1 tsp
|
Turmeric, powder
|
1/4 tsp
|
Garlic powder
|
1/2 tsp
|
Lemon peel (zest)
|
1 dash
|
Black pepper
|
2 tbsp
|
Parsley, fresh
((chopped))

2 tbsp

Coconut oil
(or avocado oil)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
- Form mixture into small patties by hand. ( 8 small patties)
- Saute in a skillet with coconut or avocado oil, over medium high heat until browned and crisp
- Each serving is two patties
