Air Fryer chicken tenders are super easy to make, they're crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.
Ingredients

Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
(tenders or cutlets)
3 large
Egg
1/3 cup
Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup
All-purpose white flour
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
2 tbsp
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
6 tbsp
Ranch salad dressing, reduced fat
6 cup
Mixed vegetable salad
(store bought)
Instructions
Put flour, egg, and panko crumbs in 3 separate bowls to prepare for breading.
Add salt, pepper, and olive oil to the Panko crumbs, and mix well.
Dip chicken in the flour, then the egg, then the Panko crumbs until evenly coated.
Place chicken in an even layer in the air fryer basket and fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time. Cook until an internal temperature of 165F.
Remove chicken from the air fryer. Add the next batch and repeat step 4.
Serve with a side salad of choice & ranch dressing.
