1 bun | Hamburger bun, multigrain (kamut, 1 % gluten, bun) |
1 tsp | Olive Oil, Extra Virgin |
1/4 tsp | Turmeric, powder |
1/4 tsp | Garlic powder |
1/2 medium | Yellow onion (sliced) |
1 cup | Spinach |
1/2 tsp | Hot pepper (chili) flakes |
1/4 cup | Kimchi |
1/2 avocado(s) | Avocado |
1 tbsp | Hummus |
1) heat oil in small frying pan on medium-high heat
2) add turmeric and garlic, heat for 1 minute (do not burn)
3) sauté onion until translucent and aromatic. Add spinach and chill flakes until spinach is wanted and remove from heat.
4) Toast bun (if you prefer)
5) Add avocado to bottom of bun and hummus to top of bun
6) Place spinach and onion mixture on bottom of bun and kimchi on top of that. Close bun and enjoy!
